A full hour, one-on-one. We warm up with tee and front toss, then move to live arm or machine depending on where the swing is. I film a few swings on my phone so your athlete can see what I see, and we leave with two or three drills to work on before next time. Bring a bat, a helmet, and water; balls, tees, and the cage are on me.
